If you are not happy with your purchase and you wish to return it, you can send us an email to returns@bohobelia.co.za and we can see what steps to follow. We want to keep our customers happy with their purchase but this cannot always be the case. If you are unhappy, please note that you need to contact us within 7 days to discuss next steps.
We take pride in crafting high-quality costume jewellery, using the finest materials to minimize the risk of tarnishing, although we cannot guarantee it. All our products are meticulously handcrafted, aligning with the free-spirited essence of our brand, which means they may be more delicate. Each purchase includes a care pamphlet, available on our website as well.
With proper care, your piece will maintain its beauty over time.
Necklace and bracelet lengths are clearly stated in the product descriptions, so please review them carefully as refunds will not be issued for length-related concerns. For rings, most are adjustable to fit any finger, but for those that are not, you’ll find size information in the product description.
Please note that we do not cover the courier cost back to us. If you choose an exchange a charge will be added for re-delivery. If the item arrives damaged by us, a refund or exchange will not be given.
